NOMINATION OF CHARITIES FOR 2014/15

Please complete a form to nominate a charity you think we should support over the next year.  All nominations will be reviewed by the PCC at its meeting on 25 March 2014, and a short-list will be produced.  At the Annual Meeting, on 27 April 2014, everyone will have the chance to vote to select the final three charities to be supported, along with Poverty & Hope.
