Our services at Dunton Green (Thursdays at 11am at Dunton Green Village Hall, TN13 2TE,
There is a service weekly at Dunton Green except for the third Thursday in the month when there is a coffee morning - also in the village hall. Please contact Daphne Harrison (07779 834195 for more information regarding services. The service is either Morning Prayer, or, when clergy are available, Communion. It's hard to know in advance who is free and so we don't publish a rota at the moment.
Whilst we are between vicars, we are endeavouring to maintain our schedule of services as normal. However, we are reliant on finding clergy to cover our services, particularly our Eucharist services. The large number of vacancies in our area is making it extremely hard for all churches in the area to find clergy to cover services at the moment. We are all reliant on a small pool of clergy from other churches or are retired and who are in great demand. We’re doing all we can to find people who can cover for us in the meantime but know that there are and will be a significant number of weeks when this is not possible. We appreciate your continuing prayers and support during this period and hope you can forgive us when things don’t go quite to plan.
