VE DAY - 75th ANNIVERSARY SERVICE - FRIDAY, 8 MAY, AT 11:15AM
On Friday, 8 May 2020 at 11:15am, we will be holding a special Service to remember the enormous sacrifices that were made at home and abroad during the Second World War and to celebrate the arrival of peace in Europe 75 years ago. Unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus, we cannot hold the Service in Church. Instead, it will be held over the internet using 'Zoom'. The Service will start at 11.15am to allow people to observe the national 2 minutes silence in whatever manner they feel appropriate (one suggestion is to stand outside your front door to do so).
